Food Menu Overview: Plan Meals by Day
Overview
The Food Menu page allows you to plan and manage meals served each day at your center.
Menus are organized by date and separated by meal type:
- Breakfast
- AM Snack
- Lunch
- PM Snack
- Dinner
- Evening Snack
You can create and edit menus for any day and print them for families or records.
How the Food Menu Works
Each day has its own menu.
Within each day:
- Each meal section has its own search box.
- You can add foods from your Food Library.
- You can create new foods by typing and pressing Enter.
- You can customize how a food appears for that specific day.
If no foods are added to a meal, you’ll see:
No items added
Infant vs Standard Menus
If your center uses separate menus for infants, you can toggle between:
- Standard Menu
- Infant Menu
Each audience maintains its own daily menu.
Printing Menus
You can print the selected day’s menu, including:
- Company name
- Menu title
- Date
- All meals
- Footer with print date
